Do I need to replace my ATS?
No. HireFoundry connects to your existing ATS. Your ATS remains the system of record, and HireFoundry's agents work alongside it.
How long does it take recruiting teams to get started with HireFoundry?
Most recruiting teams are up and running in less than 90 minutes. The HireFoundry team runs a guided training session with your recruiters so everyone feels comfortable and confident using the platform from day one.
That one session covers the whole platform, not just one agent. Whichever agents your team uses, the setup and training time stays the same.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You choose a plan or stop using HireFoundry. Your order form sets the trial's included capabilities, usage, and conversion terms.
What is the contract term, and can we cancel?
Plans are annual contracts billed upfront after the 30-day trial. You can cancel a future renewal, but annual fees paid upfront are non-refundable unless your order form says otherwise. Quarterly or monthly payment schedules can be negotiated and documented in the order form.
Can agents reject candidates automatically?
No. HireFoundry's agents analyze candidate information and show the evidence behind their findings. Recruiters make every consequential decision.
How is candidate data protected?
HireFoundry data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each customer has a dedicated tenant. SSO and role-based access control are available on Premium and Enterprise plans. Interview Agent does not record or store audio or video. HireFoundry is built by Fusemachines, an ISO 27001 certified company.
How much does HireFoundry cost?
Starter is $99 per month, billed annually, with 1,000 interview minutes and unlimited seats. Premium is $999 per month, billed annually, with 10,000 interview minutes and unlimited custom resume scoring. Enterprise pricing is custom and starts at 20,000 interview minutes. Contact us for a quote.
What happens if we go over our interview minutes?
